S14 AND Z32 BOLT PATTERNS??

I have wheels for sale that i originally bought for my s14 5lug, and Im deciding to sell them and someone is interested in them with an s13 4lug, but he is doing a brake upgrade and getting the whole z32 brake setup which if im correct should change it to a 5lug bolt pattern. so my question is will my 5x114.3 wheels fit this kids s13 with the upgraded z32 brakes?

The Z32 5 X 114.3 bolt pattern is no different than the S14 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern.
