s14 alternator swap

my alternator just wenti figured hey, no problem ill swap that right out(in my mind im thinking of the last time i swapped and alternator on a truck)

then i go take a look and not quite so easyis it esier to unhook the hoses etc in the way, or take it out from the bottom

anyone have a guide, or time estimate

nothing like working outside when its 30 or less out!
