S14 Adjustable Tension Rod dimensions?

Including VA, WV, MD, DE, DC, NJ, PA, CT, RI, NY, MA, NH, VT, and ME

Hello All, I have been searching this site for info on setting my tension rods to either a stock dimension or something more aggressive but i cant seem to find any info... My car is for Auto X and Tack days so i dont drive it much on the street.

But i dont have the stock Tension rods anymore (tossed out when i moved) so i have no idea what the stock dimensions are....

Could someone get me the dimensions, or have a link to dimensions etc.
