hmm that seems really strange all i could really suggest checking all yoru fuses maybe some loose wiring under the dash or a shorted computer after the fuses disconnected the batter for at least half and hour and see if it still happens if it does i'd take it to a mechanic or nissan dealer. i've never heard about anythign even close to whats happening to your car hope you can figure out whats going on keep me posted

Um... an SR won't fix the problem unfortunately lol. You have a short somewhere, possibly a fuse, or a loose wire.

LoL don't discourage him Nismo_Freak, by his line of reasoning he'll have a 500hp beast by the time that problem is fixed, I like it! ;)

More than likely it's a loose wire in your wiring harness touching your body/frame/other wires etc causing electricity to be sent to them. If you ca, find a wiring diagram of an s14 and try and find the wire that tells your cars it's braking and trace it as much as you can. Altho, an sr20det probably WOULD fix this problem, **** man thats like taking a nuke on a fly, but I realllllly hate flys :p.
