S14 95 Electrical Problems

Sometimes when I go to start it, I won't have any accessories as far as wipers blinkers windows radio ac gauges tail lights, but I have headlights! The backlight on the clock in the cluster comes on but no numbers, The ac lights come on but no ac. other than that I have nothing, sometimes it works and if it does it won't stop working but If it's not and I drive it a while it'll turn on most of the time but, It's no good and I've replaced the main accessory relay, ignition switch and that hasn't done anything yet. It stopped for a month or two and now it's back.

I've tried searching on this topic but didn't find anything to help solve my issue. I found someone on FA forums that had the same issue in 07 but no one posted if it was ever fixed or how to fix the problem. The above question is a repost of the other person because it's the same issue I have. Thank you for ANY HELP!

This problem is so crazy, you can see the clock numbers when the key is not in the ignition but if you turn the light switch one up to parking lights or turn the key the clock numbers fade to blank... WTF I just went through all the fuses and they're fine.
