s14 95-96 to 97-98 headlights

I searched a lot but could not find answers to this question. If I purchase a 95-96, How hard is it to swap 97-98 headlights on it? Would all it require is Fenders/Hood/Bumper? Please let me know if anyone has any answers to this or if anyone has done it. Thanks!

yes you will also need fenders, bumper, and hood.
