Ok I just got done putting the 5 speed swap in and now my car won't start (1997 240sx)? All lights turn on and I hear the starter pin moving, but when I crank it nothing happens . It makes no noise what so ever. Please help me.... Yes all the wiring is correct!

BAttery has been checked and is perfect.

I read on the 5 speed swap to have those 2 female clips jumpered, but they are jumpered from the factory battery connector.

PLease help asap if possible.

You should clarify if the starter actually rotates the motor or not. You said nothing happens when you crank it. Its a bit ambiguous to call it cranking if it's not turning. Unless it is turning but perhaps not starting.

blah I figured it out myself. Those 4 plugs behind the fuse box that everyone tells me to remove wasn't true in my case. I had to reuse the first one (top one) and jumper it. After I did that the car started and runs awesome. IDk if its b/c my setup is a lil different, or not. I just kept the auto ecu and modified the auto harness to the manual transmission.
