s14 5 spd swap????

Hello there Nico, got a question about a swap I'm doing. I had switched the entire lower trans harness, with the 5 speed harness from the same year, same model. The only thing different, is there was a sunroof on the donor car. The thing is, the 5 speed harness has a different plug into the fuse box. I included pics, the first is the female plug into the car. The second set, is the auto and 5 speed plug. The second set, is the auto and the 5 speed plug wires. The 5 speed has an extra wire. Just incase you dont know where I'm talking about, the harness plugs into the lower engine fuse box. Someone has to know something about this, and delt with it. So throw me some info, cause I read up on this and can't find anything. To all that read this, thanks for looking. And hope someone knows. Thanks.

Well anyway, the old plug has 2 prongs. The new one has 3. Someone help me.
