Yeah, the wheels could be better. But my project isn't going to be nowhere near as good looking at that one. Haha! Just doing the front end right now and getting my 240sx running for right now. Thanks for the comment though

I got my Origin fenders so far. The Seibon CF hood should be coming this week.

The s15 headlights and the core support from nismoparts.com, they're still processing my order through.

As for my OEM s15 hood hinges and headlight brackets, they're on backorder.

And what sucks is that I found out that the 2nd Texas Nissan state meet is June 6th, 2009 in Austin. Freaking blows if I can't get my S14.5 by that time.

I'll take pictures and post them up when I get CF hood in later this week.

Sorry man, the previous owner has stripped the Kouki front end and left me the totaled pieces for me to pick off

Really? Damn, I guess I could cancel those hinges.

As for the nismoparts.com, they already pulled the money from my account. I'll contact them again to say where are they at.

Just out of curiosity, your buddies, they can beat $941 on geniune S15 headlights and S15 core support? w/shipping?

I got the same style origin conversion fenders for my s14.5. The fitment is about a 7 or 8 out of 10. They bolted up fine, but I had to add a little fiberglass to the driverside where the bumper mounts. Then on the passenger side fitment was awesome, but there's a decent gap between the hood and fender that I haven't filled yet. It hasn't made me angry enough to spend the time. The hood aligns on the lights just fine, so I know it's the fenders. Oh, and that's a tractor paint roller job hahaha

Yeah I got a steal of a deal on mine, my buddy wanted headers and tires for his 07 Sti... So, I got the front end, valve cover, z32 brakes, 1pc aluminum driveshaft, B&M shifter, and s15 steering wheel. Then had to replace the bumper and fender when I hit a patch of ice over christmas back home (Ks) and busted the bumper and fender. At least insurance paid for it.

You can see the big gap on the top pic between the fender and hood.

I used my stock rad. mount and just cut the holes for the headlights. Sucks you have to spend the extra money on the rad support.

I think the 20mm overfender fits better than the standard s15 conversion fenders. My tires with the OEM front didn't stick out -- conversion fenders = tires sticking out. 20mm overs = stock like tire coverage. Just my experience others may vary.

Some people bash on the s15 fronts, but I love the more agressive style headlights. It actually looks a lot like the newer BMW light do now. lol

just a heads up. i ordered a jdm kouki bumper, kouki rear valances, and jdm kouki turn signals from nismoparts.com and they said wait time was 2 weeks and then they ended up being back ordered for 5 months. i called them to cancel (wrecked my car) and they said the parts finally got in, but refunded my money.

my friends bother ordered an s15 hood, fenders, and headlights. one headlight came cracked. he called them and they took over a year to replace it.

i have heard some good things and a lot of bad things about nismo parts.

good luck with your car. make my kouki more rare :bigthumb:

Hey hows the build goin? and to devilmaycry: did you make a bumper support or are the fenders solid enough to keep the bumper there? Also what is the offset on your front wheels? I have 0 offset and they sit pretty flush with my fenders now so i'm not so eager to get overs and have really ugly fitment.

My bad, its been forever since I've logged on. I sold my '98 S14.5 a couple months ago for $5000 cash, and end up getting a '06 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX for now. Still kinda miss the RWD scene everytime I see another S14 on the road =(

Check out the 1st page for pix of my 240
