*S14.5 240sx SR20DET Gorgeous car none the less, but is it just the picture or is the hood a little off line with the right headlight?

Looks very nice... How close are you to Watertown or Cambridge? I have family up there and go to visit them every few years. I love it up there... its like a second home.

Thanks guys!

well right now i'm not handling emissions with it! haha..its been garaged for the past 2 years because i can't get anyone to even ATTEMPT to make it pass. As soon as i pull up to a gas station or any place that does the stickers, they just tell me NOPE, not gonna even try...MA sucks

I'm about 15 minutes south of boston, Randolph is the town.

yeah at the time the hood was a little outta line BUT thats cause the bump stops needed another turn on the right side...it's all straight now

Uberck - i drove this car for the first few weeks i lived here but then once i realized it wasn't gonna be easy to get a tag i just parked it and bought the spec...i have only seen maybe 2 bad a** 240's here, not sure if i've seen urs

anybody got a good recommendation for shops that actually know what they're doing here in MA? I heard about Dent Sports...was told they are legit

Hey what are you selling the seats for, pics too. Super clean s14 by the way and your hood problem is one of the things thats stopping me from doing the same conversion. I'm just not into carbon hoods anymore and sometimes they just don't fit right.

Why don't you register out of state. that's what everyone does gl

Do you have a check engine light? If not let me know and I can get you a sticker.

nope, i used to do emissions at a garage. you can't "pass" someone here. s***, even in cali you can "pass" for a certain price.

BoBa524 - never seen it cause its been in a garage in Dover for the past 2 years! Nice a** pic BTW!

no check engine light...I spent a good two weeks going from shop to shop that was recommended to me. Eveyone said this person or that would give me a sticker if i slide them some money...no one would...there was one shady a** shop in hoodville that if i would've waited in the line long enough and paid the price, i would have a sticker right now. But the guy who was running it was an a** and i wasn't about to listen to his BS....i think i said "dude" to him or something and he said "my name is Mike, not dude" so i told him to go f@$K himself and left!

never been to a state with such s*** laws...i guess in recent times here the emissions "police" will camp outside a shop they think is just passing people and if they see it they get fined and will take the whole program away from them. From my understanding its extremely expensive...kinda like losing your liquor license or something

yeah, it's a big deal if you get caught doing something shady. when i was testing cars, there were two remotely monitored cameras on me and the car being tested at all times.

As long as your car isn't throwing a CEL they will pass you, ODB II or not.

that's gay. ct goes as follows: 96 and newer, throw a code, insta-fail. cel doesn't function correctly or at all, insta-fail. 95 and older, run it on the dyno and test the exhaust.

wait . your car is odb1 no? any car 95 or less does not require emissions in MA. only must pass safety. no idea where your going but my rb has 0 emissions equipment and i pass with flying colors. same goes with my boys 90 300zx w/ tt swap.
