the back doesnt flow, its very hard to get the lines to match up where the fender meets the door

plus good luck finding early z panels that arent rotted to hell, its practically tin. (and you're fighting z guys who need those items)

if your doing this to be different why not just get a different car?

I love s13s but if I really wanted that front end I would spend months looking for a clean 240z and build that. Cuz dattos are sexy.

right??? ive always wanted a 240z.. but since its almost impossible to find a clean one for sale... why not make a 240sx a Z. its definitely something different. will see whats up though.. i still have no plan on changing my cars looks..... yet

That is the shigneuton right there man! :yesnod I love anything that's different and works while maintaining a bit of history!

Just FYI (copied from the Orlando Forums):
No its not an actual 240Z front that got swapped onto the front of a 180. Its actually an all fiberglass kit the was produced in Japan by some random guy. He made like a thousand copies or so and just stopped producing them.
... So I wouldn't worry about everyone sucking up the old original parts.

Coming from the guy who claims he has an S14 SR when it's a S13 Blacktop SR. If you can't do the research to (simple as reading stickies) find out what type of SR you have, I really doubt you could do a front end conversion where you'd actually have to modify things.

There's little research on this, but I like it, though. You'll need the funds and the fab skills to pull this off.
