s13 zenki lip questions

so i finally recently bought a lip for my car... but i have two questions along with some pics

maybe its just me... ive never seen a lip upclose in person. ive only seen pics of them. so... is the lip supposed to look this FLAT ?... its on the floor, so that might explain it. but when i stand on it, it angles it, it looks more like what i think its supposed to look like. i tried to put it on the car but it still looks flat... it doesnt angle. OR is it not supposed to...







question 2 now... i have no idea how to mount this bizatch up



my friend said theres supposed to be mounting holes under the car, actually like a metal bracket. BUT.... i dont have one... so how the hell am i gonna mount this... use some LONG zipties LOL ?

ps the lip looks kinda whack since its just flat... why wont it angle

yup, it actually looks flat like that. it will look better once it's on. there is suppose to be a bracket with predrilled holes on the bumper already from the factory for cars that actually have them on already, but you can always drill holes in the bumper and use bolts and nuts to tighten it down. i find this method much better than zipties but much more of a hassle.

I think drilling and using bolts and nuts is more secure. If you use zipties like me, someone can just go under, cut the zipties and steal your lip.

Paint that sucker and mount it already!

got bored and wanted to see what the car looks like with the lip on lol. its only held on with 4 bolts right now... it actually seems pretty secure. ill probably drill some holes later though

ill probably also take it off tomorrow and repaint it later this week.

doesn't the lip make the front end look WAayyyy better? My brackets were bent outta shape so it was kinda hard bolting them together. So...I just used zipties :P Maybe I'll put one bolt through somehow for theft protection

Just don't make it hecka shiny so people won't notice it.
