s13 with rb, need help

I just bought a 240 with a RB20 in my 89 s13 and was driving the other evening and it just shut off and will not restart. I have done a fair amount of wire testing and nothing in the ignition system or the fuel pump is getting power. This leads me to believe that it is the ECU, how can i test the ECU to be sure. Also where can i buy a replacement ECU for a reasonable price.

Anyone know how to test it though? Also the red LED on the side of the ECU is on constantly. Does that indicate anything?

does it crank, will it start with gas pedal pushed, are you getting spark, fuel?

Its cranks but will not start, I'm not getting any spark, and there doesn't seem to be any power going to the fuel pump. I'm thinking its a bad ECU, but don't know how to test it. There is a red light on in the ECU and it's supposed to be used for diagnostics, but it just stay on, doesn't flash like it should. Any other ideas?

Test each coil pack, make sure the resistance is between 0.6 and 0.9 ohms on pin 1 and 2.
