s13 with 18X71/2 wheels

Hello everyone, i'm a newbie and bought these 18X71/2 inch rims with a +42mm offset for my s13, i would like to lower my car about 11/2 inches what would be the widest tires i should put on these rims/car???thanks!

215 35 18 will be a decent size to keep you within stock heigth. that offset is really high, they will be sunken in quite a bit.

Regardless of tire size, youll be luck if they even clear the struts up front.

my s13 has 18 x 7.5 and 40 offset with 215/35/18 and a 2 inch drop and i clear the struts no problem so you should be fine although id get spacers to help make them flush cause they do sit back quite a bit
