s13 wiring problems

ok i was taking my radio out and in the process while i was pulling out it just cut off and no radio will work the yellow wire(power) has power through it but the red one(i think its accessory power not sure) doesnt and now my car is messing up alot if the car is off and the ignition is on and lights are on if i press the brake the windshield wiper cuts on and today i just realized my auto seatbelt stops in its tracks when i turn the key off and this all started from the radio ordeal does anyone have any clue to why this is happening and how to fix it? thanks....

that site didnt help me much sorry to say but i messed with it the other day like with the ignition and the wiring and still no power and now when i start the car the windshield wipers turn on and no accessories work ublesss the ignition is on but the radio and the dome light dont work at all i know the radio works because ive tested it b4 and its fine but there is no power going to the radi what so ever there is like 0.68 volts in both the red and yellow wires and oddly when i press the brakes the voltage goes up to like 0.90 volts i dont think there is a short but its a possibility ive checked the fuses they are fine i just dont know what else to do

sounds like an accessory relay is about to fry.

where is that relay? is it under the hood or where? and thanks for replying

i just checked and switched around the relays i think i found the accessory relay the cover for the relays one of the relay locations says acc and the diff oil is that the one and i switched it out with another one and still no change
