O.K. I found a thread that gives me a pretty good idea that it's fine, but I've also heard that there are issues with extra plugs... If I use a harness that is already spliced to place a redtop into an S13, will it work on my S13 blacktop, or will some things need changed? If so, what?

S13 and S14 Sr20s are physically the same, except for the ecu configuration(higher bit fuel map) and a fat o2 sensor. That's the only difference. You can use a redtop harness. You'll have to (or maybe not) retune the 62 ecu to match those of a E5 ecu. I'm not too sure if the plug off the fat o2 sensor will fit the redtop harness plug. My .02 cents.

fix'd: Sorry... I was half awake when I posted this morning.

it's O2 not CO2 lol

Those are different substances Carbon Dioxide = CO2

O2=oxygen

it's an s13 sr20 blacktop.. not s14 but ok. if the O2 censor is all that's different, that's not a biggie.. thx
