All factory se equipment btw. The driver side window goes up/down just fine at a normal pace. However, it takes the passenger side window YEARS to roll up/down (down is a hair faster obviously).

I scrounged up a brief write-up on repairing the solder connections, but that was for an s14 window motor amp. I don't know if there are seperate amps for each window because I sure didn't find anything for the pass. side. I took off the driver side window amp and cleaned it up (with muratic acid and sulfur, right?) no jk, I lightly scraped the built up crud along the board and went over it with an alcohol-dipped q-tip.

Didn't find any major flaws, except that a couple of pairs of solder points were touching, so I did the obvious.

Anyways, it's quit raining and I'm about to go see what happens. If it fixes it I'll report back with details.
