S13 Wheel size, offset help..

ok guys i need some help and advice from all. I want to get the sportmax 006 wheels for my s13. I found them on ebay and they are 17x8+25 and 17x9+20. Will i have any problems with the offset on those. I've searched but i still dont understand the whole offset thing, so i want to know what you guys think and know about it. I would like to fit 235/40/17 upfront and 255/40/17 in the back.what kind of clearance issues will i have with that offset,size and tires.

B.T.W i have KYb Gr2s with tein springs. Thanks

All that will fit fine, just a little shy of flush w/ no need for spacers. Go for it.
