S13 Wheel and Tire Size help, and ICHIBA lug

I need to know what tire size would be good.

Also is the ICHIBA 5 Hole Hub Kit any good? And is it a direct bolt in?http://www.optionimports.com/pepe5hohubki.html

what are the size and offset of the gullflames that you're gonna get?

Im getting the 17 x 8.5. They have two offsets, +29 and +38. Im new to the whole offset thing but I was thinking have the 29 in the front and 38 in the back.

I would get the 17x9.5 +26 ,probably your best bet

They dont come in that size I dont think? Would those offsets fit on the car?

i might have been seeing things, but i think they were listed on that site you linked, and they should fit...you may need a small spacer, rolled fenders and maybe a LIGHT pull

O i didnt even see those. Would these be flush with the car? Because I dont want any of the rim sticking out.
