S13 want start but I got power

So I'm sitting at a red light the other day waiting to go though with the car in neutral. Well when I put the car in first to take off the car shut off. So I push the clutch in again and turn the switch and it still want restart. So I get out the car and pop the hood to make sure nonw of the wires came loss and everything in tack. Well I leave the car off for five min with no pwer running at all. Before I try to start it again. After five mins I try again and it want start so I like in the middle of the road. So I decided to push it across the road. Once it's sitting the I try to turn the switch again and it makes a clickin noise and the rpm guages moves up but no start, but the power window and lights and everything else is working. So I go home and get my jump box and hook it up. The car cranks and I run it with the jump box on it for five mins. I take it off and the car shuts off in like 30 sec. So I wired the jump box up again and drive the car home with the hood tied down. Once home the car still want start but I got power the lights and wnidow and radio comes on.

So I'm think it's the alternater or battery what do you think?
