I'm only reading 85% Throttle when the Throttle Body is Completely Open. I don't know if the voltage has anything to do with it. but I wanted to get a look see and have other people running an APEXi SAFC-II on a CA18DET with a Z32 Maf. These are my readings from the Sensor Check Program on the SAFC-II. These reading are with the car off, Key in the ON position.

In-1: 0.015 V - 0.020 V
In-2: 0.015 V - 0.010 V
Thrt: 0.260 V
Knk : 00000

On in1 and in2 they were on 0.015 and the number after the dash in the number they flashed to every 2 seconds or so.

If i could, Can I get other peoples' reading from their sensor check program? anyone running similar setups? or having similar issues?
If you know a fix to this the problem, you would make Uncle :woot: Dance... :)

I don't run a SAFC-II, what's your voltage reading closed and open on the TPS.

0.260 V Closed
3.350 V Open

I Plugged in the KA Throttle body and got the same results. I believe I have a low battery or something. car's not on during these readings...

You're Open value is low, my Silvia is 4.5v open, I was expecting ~0.4v - 4.5v... This is probably why you're only reading 85% throttle.

FSM states that the correct voltage output of the TPS should be approximately .5 - 4.0V from closed to open. It looks like the TPS is slightly out of adjustment. Adjust so that the TPS voltage reads about .5V when closed. That should get you pretty close to 4.0V when open. It shouldn't matter if the battery is a little low (over 11.5V) as the ECU has an internal voltage regulator that keeps the sensors operating at 5VDC regardless of the input voltage (to a certain extent).

And to re-iterate, don't worry about being exact. The ECU is mostly looking at how much the voltage CHANGES, and not so much the ACTUAL voltage.
