S13 w/ 16x7.5" Kosei K1 offset question

Stock suspension street car. 4 lug hubs. 16x7.5" all 4 corners. Should I go with an offset of 12, 22, or 32?

The 32mm is the one to go with using the stock suspension. They keep everthing centered on the bearings etc...
