S13 VG30DE help!

Hi I have a vg30de in my s13. I have absolutely no idea how I need to wire up my speedo. I want to wire up my s13 cluster but don't know how to. & it's running rich "because of a walbro fuel pump." would a fuel pressure regulator fix this?

I personally dont know much about vq30 swap into an S-chasis. I've seen other members attempt it, but i was just curious why you put "because of a walbro fuel pump" in quotes? im guessing someone told you that? If your car is running rich at idle then an adjustable fuel pressure regulator could be a solution, but most likely the engine needs to be tuned. sorry i couldnt be more help.

Match.the 2 black wires and connect the other 2 wires (regardless of wire color) for the speed sensor. That will make the speed sensor work on the stock cluster. Check your fuel pressure before buying an adjustable fpr. You may not need one. Power steering just find the fitting sizes for where it comes out of the pump and a fitting size at the rack and pinion. Once you figure out your fittings you can have a local hydrologic shop make you a pressure hose. This is what I did because there where no other options and only cost me $20.

Yeah the previous owner told me the aftermarket fuel pump caused that. I'm going in for a basemap with rev limiter next month and I'm ordering a fpr soon. The previous owner also said everything is in there for power steering I just need to hook it up.

So if I take a s13 speedo sensor & attach both wires to the transmission it'll read correctly on my cluster?

No atach your speed sensor wires from your chassis to the vg30 speed sensor on the trans.
