s13 vert top nor windows will go up, please help!!

First of im new on this site but i have always used it for most of my questions, im from cinncinati ohio, ive owned about 20 240s s14 s13 hatch coupes and verts, i currantly have 3 240sx, im from ohio drifitng and go out during the season to kick it around, i love useing this site and in fact i used this site to do a five speed on my sr20 vert, this is my second vert and on this one i have actually done everything as in sr silvia front, wheels coilovers and anything else, i have com across a problem and i think i know waht it is but not sure, i know some guys here can work on verts with their eyes closed.......

93 vert, before the swap the top and rear windows worked, after the swap i took the auto doors off ( cut the wires from between the door and the chassie and put on my manual hatch doors, i did insilate the wires so they dont touch each other, now my back windows wont go up or down and the top doesnt work either, my guess is that i heard it was a closed circut, thats the reason my windows and top doesnt work is becuase i cut the wires, i unplugged the two wires to the top and it goes up and down when wired to the battery, but i cant figure out why my back windows dont work, can anyone tell me why?(i did follow the procces of spicing the two wires together to make my top work by the relay box, but thats not it, and if no one knows how, does anyone know how to raise the rear windows manually?

They are all linked together....the windows that is. There's relays behind the back seat that have gone out in mine before. I just took them all out, cleaned the contacts...good as new. Make sure there's power to them also...the vert suplement is good for figuring out what is what too.
