Im not sure whats wrong with mine but ill tell you what ive done so far, new radiator, check all your hoses, make sure their not collapsing on you, new thermostat, new temperature sending unit, new radiator cap, new water pump, but you already change that, check your fan clutch, if its freewill, or extremely easy to turn, its no good, but what can i tell you, im still having problems of my own, good luck man...

loose hose. Or the drain plug isn't tight. Then make sure you bleed the system with the car off. Then start it and bleed again. I had the same problem and it took me about 3 days b4 i got it right. So just keep it up you should be fine soon. W/ my new thermo my car runs like ice.
