I found a company that will do pretty much whatever offset I need on a 17x8" wheel design that I like. I have an S13 Vert that I will be dumping on some coilovers with the OEM skirts and S13 Aero bumper. I am willing to roll but I don't want to pull or run overfenders/widebody, and I'm willing to do a mild stretch on the tires (none of this 205/40s on a 9" stuff). I was looking at doing 17x8" +0 all around but I don't know if I can pull that off without a pull on the fenders and some serious camber (another thing I don't really want to get extreme on.)

I want these things as flush as possible on stock sheetmetal on a slammed car (barely tucked). If anyone had some pictures to accompany size suggestions I'd appreciate it.

17x9 +20 with a 235/40 fits with some camber adjustment and a bit of rolling. You could do 17x9 +10 with a 225/45(stretched) some camber and a pretty good roll and it should be fine. May I ask what company you're talking about.

I know 17x9s with 235/40s fit the rear with some camber and NO roll on my hatch and the tires are a hair above tucked, but I'm not 100% sure how they fit the front since I never tried. However, 17x8 is as wide as this company goes with a 4 lug wheel, and I believe I can get them in +25, +13, 0, -13, and -25. I'd prefer not to say who the company is until I've determined what offset I need and spend some more time talking to them on the phone. I'd hate to have a ton of people get interest only to find out I was wrong and they can't do what I want.

Ya if you dont want anything crazy the x8+0 would be good. If you do the math it would be about 5mm more "sunk" than a 17x9+20..

And on my 17x8 I run 215/45, which I think is a perfect stretch.

Actually, the math I got using the offset calculator has a 17x8 +0 sticking out 7mm FARTHER than a 17x9 +20

Yeah, 8 inches wide with no offset is a little much for me. Id go with the something in the positive single digits, because Ive seen 15x8 with no offset and it takes a lot of camber/fender work to pull 'em off.

Really I've seen 15x8 +0 work perfectly with a 215/50 and it was pretty damn good almost no fender work but like -1.5 camber. 17x8 +13 is what you should get and put spacers on if you're feeling frisky. lol

i'm currently running 17X7.5 with 215/40 tires and 30 offset. i'm positive a 15mm spacer would be perfect for mine without needing to roll my fenders more.

http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp calculate the offset you'll need with this online calculator. i've never had the wheel on without the tire, but that would be the perfect way to see how much back spacing you have and fender clearance is left.

i thought a 17X8 +13 would be close to a 17X7.5 +15, but there's alot less clearance than i thought. still. stock is 15X6 + 40, isn't it? than an 8" width with +13 will extend the clearance 2mm inside and fill the fender gap nicely.
