S13 Turn signal light

I have a S13 hatchback. My rear left turn signal light is not working, but my front left turn is ok. The left turn signal light on the dashboard blinks very quickly compares to the right turn signal light on the dashboard.

Please advise.

bad turn signal bulb possibly?

Is this a serious question? Sounds like the bulb burned out? If this is serious I apologize, this is probably your first car.
