You need to drill the bellhousing to support the crank angle sensor that S14s have. Plus you'll need to order all the transmission switches for an S14. Other than that, it'll work.

I have done this 3 times now for auto to manual swaps and it has worked perfect every time. Luckily I had an original S14 trans so I took the measurments off of that and then drilled the holes and tapped the bell housing. After that it was just a matter of using a washer to space the CPS away from the flywheel coreectly. However if you have a broken S14 transmission you can just change the bell housing and sensors over to an S13 transmission.

Original S14 CPS holes.

Marked the S13 transmission and then used a good spring loaded punch to guide the drill bits. Once the smaller 5mm hole is drilled I used a 6x1 tap to cut threads into it.

All done now all it needs is a small spacer washer.
