s13 trans in a s14

I have searched but the info that is available is not very consistent. Most of the controversy seems to be over if you can use a s14 speed sensor in a s13 trans and the fact that the s13 trans has no hole in the bell-housing for the crank sensor. If anyone could help with the info that I am looking for I would appreciate it. If you have done this swap, s13 trans in a s14 and could shed some light on subject that would be great !!

Well I dont know about the speed sensor, but the flywhell sensor is definatly guna be a problem. I would just swap the bellhousings to take care of that.

do what i did and just drill a lil hole into the bellhouse and put the sensor in! it worked fine with me!

Ok that works for the crank sensor but what about the speed sensor? Will the s14 speed sensor work in the s13 trans??????

just swap out the speed sensors and youll be fine
