s13 Trailing Arms making tires squeel?

Sup! My 93 coupe's trailing arm bushings are worn and clearly finished. A few questions i have is

1. My tires make a light squeel whenever i make any type of turn; is this because of the trailing arms being worn?

2. Is it a huge project to replace the two front ones?

3. Anyone know a good and cheap place to buy OEM ones? Not looking to break the bank.
