s13 to s15 conversion

Hey I was wondering if anybody knew what exactly I needed (besides a lot of money) to convert my s13 to an s15.. I see they sell these conversion packages which include the hood, fenders and front bumper, am I going to have to do any mad welding to make this stuff fit?
