s13 to s15 conversion (body)

How's it going?

I was thinking about converting my s13 fastback to look like the s15. I already ordered the front kit which really wasn't too hard to find. The question now is the rear.

Obviously it's going to suck hardcore, but I really want to try doing it. Me and my friend's can do a little fabricating work. I guess the question is where is a good place to buy at least some oem s15 parts? I wouldn't know at this point. the rear lights are fairly easy to find, but I'm looking for the stock rear bumper, rear side fenders, rear glass, and possibly the trunk. Please let help me find some leads. Thanks.

get some kazama fenders and the rest of the parts from superior. it'll bolt up and be one of the best fitting front ends you'll be able to find.

Where'd you find the front conversion kit? Also, did it have everything (headlights, radiator supports, etc) needed to do the job? Or, did it just have the bumper and such, and needed to piece the parts together?

not so much a kit. you piece em together from sources unless you get em all from somewhere like superior or courtesy

you can buy the lights and support from superior and the fenders, front bumper from origin for the front....

So you can buy s15 fenders for a 97-98 240, and bolt them on to a 92?

Or do you have to find specific conversion fenders?

Also, any specific websites for superior and origin?

And one more....What is the difference with a fender and an over fender? Nothing? or does the over fender just slide over your current fender?

As far as hood hinges are concerned. Are there New s15 hoods on the market right now that tkaes the stock s13 hood hinges? Or are the conversion hinges still needed? Any work arounds or alternatives?

oem s15 hinges with one of em threaded through. slap one on and you'll know what i'm talking about.
