s13 to s14?

i've been searching and haven't really gotten much out of it.i'm preparing to get flamed for this too lol

well, a friend of mine is getting an s13 shell that has lowering springs.

i was wondering if they would fit on my s14?

i've read that they wont, they will, only the fronts will, etc etc etc.

those were all from like 2 different threads on other sites... (google didnt come through this time )

anyone know?

just save up and get some made for your s14. lowering springs are cheap. i know the rear shocks on the s14 are physically longer than the s13's. guess you could try using the shock as well but it would probably drop the back way too much.

are you just looking for a slight drop or a super sexy no wheel gap drop? reason i ask is because if your lookin for a super sexy drop then just save up and go for coilovers. i got my kyb agx's, tein springs, and front and rear strut bars for 100 at a junkyard so i could justify getting them till i got coilovers. but trust me, the second i found an awesome deal on coilovers i jumped on that deal like a crackhead goin after a rock lol.

haha :Pwell, i'm basically taking the path that you did.he's gonna sell em to me for pretty cheap i guess.it's just a slight drop for now until i can save up enough for coilovers.i at least want the front lower. it looks wayyy too high for my taste lol

but when i have money and come across a good deal on coilovers...i guess it'll be the day i try crack for the first time... hahaha

i came across a deal i couldnt refuse. i traded my agx and teins and a civic hatchback i had sold the motor/trans out of and made my money off of already (i part cars for a living) for some hks hyper d coilovers. damn kid ended up changin his mind after i got the coils and wanted a 240 and i was kinda pissed but he was a friend at the time so i was like wtf ever. long story short i got my agx's and that 240 back lol. plus another 240 he had (i had parted that one out too and sold the shell and he ended up with it so i got that car back, it missed me lol) kid was a deadbeat room mate of mine that wouldnt get a job. so he paid me the only way he could.
