s13 to s14 abs compatability?

I'm currently in the process of doing a 5-lug and jdm s14 silvia k's brake swap. I got the whole front spindle w/ abs from the s14. My s13 has abs aswell, my guestion being if i unbolt the abs sensor from old s13 spindle and bolt it into s14 spindle will the abs still work and if not will it effect the normal braking behavior of the car? Also is there a trick to disconnecting the abs sensor from the spindle because even after the bolt is removed it doesn't budge.
