s13 to s14 5 lug conversion
Ok i have a 91' without abs and i am looking to get 5 lugs from a s14, don't know if it has abs will check because i think it matters (correct? yes no). Also i read that you need to swap out lower ball joints from the s14 front to fit it on the s13, is the rear a direct bolt up? If anyone has done this swap just give me a heads up on what i all need. I searched and coulnt find to much on s14 5 lug swaps. Please dont flame and say search because i did. If u do decide to say search lets see wut you found before u tell me to search
Use the S14 front spindles. ABS hubs only matter if the S13 has ABS as well. You do not, so thats not a concern. You will want to run the S14 shock bolts as well. These are thicker than the S13 bolts. You will need to drill out the holes in your shocks to......5/8"? I think. Whatever the next size up from 1/2" is.Use the S14 ball joint (front) Moog p/n:K9820. Should run under $30 a piece.For the rears, you need only swap out the wheel hubs. There are 4 17mm(?) bolts around the axle hole. Remove and replace.enjoy.
