We are adding some diagrams and text to the wiring section of our DVD.

Here is one diagram (Re-pinned SR Plugs) which will be checked.

Does anyone have any questions about the S13 to S13 wiring or this diagram?

Not a question for myself, but just to verify, you guys are identifying the thick and thin wires right? I remember when my wiring was done, one of the blue/red wires was mixed up from the thick with the thin one, this caused me some spark issues.

Our approach might be different.

For this section did you use the SR or KA plugs?

We just re-pinned the SR plugs instead of chopping them off. There was only one blue/red wire to choose this way, but we would need to double check.

There are 3 plugs at this end of the harness, one plug was not used.Just to be clear, did this blue/red wire go into the plug that is not used? Since we did not chop this plug there was never a reason to confuse the blue/red wires.

Also, we only had to check the thickness of 2 black wires and we show this in the DVD.

Please continue to post your questions here.

OoO, mine was cut and spliced, repinning seems to tidious, but probably works better. As for the blue/red wire, it it came from the SR and it was spliced into a black/red(thick) wire from the SR also, than spliced THAT into a black/red stripe, off the KA, which I believe is that grey connector you have on the pic

We spliced the blue/red into the black/red, so just one splice for the region of the harness that is in that pic)

What did you do with your brown wire? We just kept it where it was on the SR plug.

Also, both green/yellow wires were unused since the A/C was disabled.

That would be wire "6" on brown plug in the diagram.

The way I have it written down on my diagram is that there should be 3 of those wires coming from the SR and they all connect to one wire on the KA

3? Are you talking about the brown wire on this re-pinned SR plug?

The early copy is done and the diagram and notes were applied. Updates might be added to the next batch.

We produced 6 DVD's in 2007 and will release more in 2008 so keep posting suggestions.
