S13 timing chain

I will be changing my timing chain on a 1990 automatic s13, I know i will need a flexplate tool. My question is which type? I have found two different kinds. I've searched and haven't come up with an exact answer.

i havent used the first one but i have used the second one and its bad ***. easy as hell to use. definately the second one.
