Can anyone help me out here?

I have the S13 Tein Flex kit for my '91 S13 and I'm completely stumped! I may just be retarded but that's beside the point.

I think I'm just looking at everything wrong, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to adjust the height on these bloody things! I swear the instructions that came with the set are absolutely useless...all it tells me is after the height is adjusted to lock the lower bracket. Ok, for the front, I can lock the lower bracket...but how in the world do I adjust the height?? There's the 2 brackets next to the spring, if I adjust those closer to the top, it looks like they're not doing anything. The large lower green piece that bolts to the hub can be adjusted up and down. Are both these things supposed to adjust the height? When I hold this thing up to the stock strut, it's a good 2-3 inches shorter. The car's currently on stock shocks/struts and Tein S-Tech springs. I'd like to keep it about this height and I have no clue how to go about it.

Can anyone decipher the poorly translated instructions for me? Or tell me how this stuff is supposed to work? Please help!

Moving the lower mounts up the shock will lower the car. Move the lower mounts to where you want them, then adjust the spring perches(the upper 2 collars). The spring should be captive when the car is off the ground, so thread the spring perch collars up untill they just contact the spring, and tighten them together to lock them in place. You can actually continue to thread them up to preload the spring if you would like. Read up on this.

Perfect! Thank you!Is it the same concept for the rear with the upper 2 collars just against the spring? The lower part has the same lower tightening bracket concept, but it looks like the part that attaches to the suspension isn't really adjustable...does it just tighten a decent amount then lock it with the bracket for it?

The bottom mount for the rear coilovers is threaded, just like the front. the fronts and rear coilovers adjust exactly the same.
