s13 swap won't start

I have a problem. I've put an sr20det(blacktop) in a 93 s13. The only problem is, it doesn'T have fire on coil 2, 3 and 4. All the coil are ok but htey doesn't make fire. The intercooler isn't install. I don't know if it can change something. Thanks

the intercooler won't make a difference. Check all the wiring to those coils. I'll bet you will find your problem there.
