s13 swap in US body, no start- got fuel and spark in all but 1 spark plug!

have had a lot of poping when trying to start my motor but not geting a spark on the # 2 plug is this a ecu prob or a crank ang sensor or a ingitor prob. any info is helpfull

sounds like a bad igniter, swap with a known working igniter to eliminate the possibility.
