Ok. What do I need to do to the suspension on this car to get an extremely nice, smooth ride? (I don't want reduced handling, of course.)

What parts do I need to change? What brands should I consider? etc..

I know almost nothing about cars, but I am learning.

The Suspension Faq looks great, btw. I have my homework cut out for me!

well...considering any susp[ension "upgrade" will stiffen the ride a good bit..

I'd start with replacing worn out stock componenets. If you want to lower the car slightly but keep good ride quality, a set of TEIN H. Tech springs, and some TOkico Blue or KYB GR-2 shocks would be your best bet..after that, replacing suspension bushings and a good set of tires will help tremendously.

Welcome to NICO. Unfortunately, I don't really think anyones looked for the "smooth ride" setup on a 240..most are more "OMG JDM HIGH SPRING RATE DRIFT TIGHT YO!"...

so yeah. GOod question though. POlease read the attention sticky and follow the guildines next time you ask questions, it helps us answer you in a more custom/precise manner.
