Question about stock suspension?

Trying to get a list of all the parts that make up the S13 front and rear suspension systems. Example Tie Rods, Control Arms,

Trying to look at Jic-Magic and put together a list of need replacement parts for my suspension system. Use of car will be a 450 hp 240sx. Set up with a new suspension system that could be used on road course or the drag strip and is fully adjustable

its the factory service manual and someone uploaded it to a website, do a search, u can find the website-someone mentioned it last week
