S13 Suspension Question

Ok my i jacked up my car 2day to see what needed to be replaced and i moved the wheel' the wheel by its self not with the steering wheel around to the left then right and the strut moves with it, not alot just a little bit .I wanna know what caused this and could his be that my car shakes at 50mph , and what problems it causes. ,thanx

Looks like you need to change your tie rod ends. This needs to be repaired ASAP, I'm sure the last thing you want is your car's steering to completely fail. I bought OEM tie rod ends from Nissan (forgot the price) when I noticed some play in the wheels and installation cost $45.
