S13 Strut Mounts - MEVOTECH any good?

I am rebuilding my suspension on my 90 S13 using factory parts. I need to buy Front & Rear Upper mounts and found a good deal on Movetech mounts from Carpart Wholesale and wanted to know if they are a good stock replacement or junk? I know they have the upper mount and then another part that has 2 rubber pieces I guess I should change..

I also want to know if I should also change out [55036] REAR SPRING SEAT Nissan Part. My friend just told me to buy all the parts and want to make sure I get Everything. My front mounts are only 5 years old from when I changed out the struts then but he said to replace everything.

Any deals on mounts anybody know of?
