my s13 has new starter when i bought it and the guy gave me the receipt of the starter to prove it is new. but i have to play with it or try and try to start until the engine starts (engine doesn't crank,just a click sound) and sometimes when the weather is hot it is harder to start and when its cold its easier(just one try and it starts). my car has a 5 speed swap and engine is rebuild,i was wondering what's the problem

try changing out your ign. switch. mine had the same prob swapped it out and BAM!!! fixed. lol
