S13 stalling out and engine Vibration

1991 240sx 5spd 135k. If I acclerate very hard and then shift to neutral the car will stall out or either start to bounce at very low rmp( 300 rmp - 500 rpm). After a slow accel it will fix the idle until next hard throttle. The car starts right back up fine though when it stalls. I also hear the motor struggle when it first starts for like 3 seconds, it just bogs low for a few seconds then runs good? At idle the car will does not have its normal smooth vibration and about every second or so you can feel the car strugle a little, this also happens while running but not as bad at idle. I was told that the car smeels like roten eggs while running by a shop teacher???? I tested my 02 sensor but it was fine. Any help would be great.

check all vaccum hoses from the intake manifoldcheck timing with a timing lighthow old is fuel filter? if old , change that boogercheck for cracks around the distributer cap (maybe a little moisture?)
