S13 Sr20det Wiring harness hookup

Hi, I jus got my wiring harness back from wiring specialities. It was converted auto to manual. I hooked up everything that was on the s13 sr20det motor which confuses me is that i have a few extra plugs left in the engine bay which i have no idea what it is for. The left out plugs are near the other fuse box next to the alternator.

1. I have plugged up the ecu and everything but there is a white plug left out where it does not plug into anything. when I had the KA harness it hooked right into it. sr20 wiring doesnt. what is this plug and do I need it?

2. Since my car was a auto i got 3 wires ready to plug into the transmission but i am confused either to cut the wires in the manual transmission or tap into it.

If this is not detail enough i will post pictures to verify the plugs that are left out.

1. i am also in the process of my swap and i was told that the extra few plugs near where the battery used to be shouldnt be worried about. they said that there will be some plugs that just aren't used in our usdm applications.

2. are you sure it is not the white plug for the interior harness? if it is it would be something like a 7 x 2 pin out. and the other side of it is up behind the dash, kinda behind the glove box and you should see it up there.

3. i dont know, someone else?

please correct me if i am wrong on that first one

ok i jus found out that the white plug near the ecu is useless. That was only for the KA harness plug so i can leave that one hangin.
