how hard is it to install some new intake & exhaust valve stem seals,when the head is off,im putting in a new headgasket,and rocker arm stoppers,and i would like to put in new seals too.and since the head will be off anyway,is it very hard to do?can i do it my self or,does a shop have to.this is for a s13 sr20det redtop motor.thanks for the help.-brian

its pretty easy. if you have the head off you just take off the cams, rockers, valve springs, and if you want the valves too. then you take some pliers(spark plug boot pliers are perfect) and pull them out. install is the reverse. the intake valve seals should be the same as a sr20de but the exhaust will prob be a little different.
