s13 sr20det sounds cammed

Hey everybody hoping for some help on this one. I finally got the sr drivable the only problem is that it sounds like its cammed at idle. Let me give you a little more insight. The car pulls very strong through every gear. I will be pulling up to a light pushing the clutch in and the idle will be sitting at about 1100 and vac 18-20. After about 5 seconds the idle drops down to about 800 and vacuum drops to 12 and it sounds cammed. I checked codes and all im throwing is a 55. I checked my timing and when i first set it into timing mode it shows my timing is correct. After about 30 seconds in timing mode the idle starts to drop off and jump between 10-15 degrees. I re pulled the cas checked to make sure the links lined up with the dots and restabbed it in according to frsports guide lines. I also cleaned the iacv with carb cleaner as well. Ive ran a total of two smoke tests and 5 boost leak tests using dawn dish soap and water and cant find anything. All help is greatly appreciated.

Check your temp sensor? Think it could be iacv related?
