s13 sr20det shakes like hell

for the past 3 months my s13 has been running fine then one day i turn it on and it has a lowww rpm 8-900 it was used to idling at around 1500. it doesnt want to accelerate at all. motor shakes like hell! im wondering if anyone had the same problems idk if its motor mounts, coils, something please help

timing is way off.

Also, 1500 is a very high idle. Normal idle at operating temperature should be 750-800
